1. Agreement to Terms
By engaging WZ Collective LLC ("WZ Collective", "we", "us") for web design, development, hosting, or ongoing maintenance services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Scope of Services
Each project begins with a clear written scope agreement outlining deliverables, revision rounds, timeline milestones, and fixed pricing. Any requests beyond the agreed scope are quoted separately prior to implementation.
3. Ownership & Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of all materials, copy, photography, and brand assets provided to us. Upon receipt of final payment, full ownership and rights to the bespoke website design and production code transfer entirely to you. WZ Collective reserves the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio.
4. Payment Terms
Custom build projects require a 50% deposit prior to commencement, with the remaining 50% due upon project completion and before final domain transfer or launch. Monthly Care plans are billed on a recurring 30-day cycle and can be cancelled with 30 days written notice.
5. Limitation of Liability
WZ Collective provides all deliverables in good faith to professional industry standards. In no event shall WZ Collective be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party hosting outages, domain registrar disruptions, or third-party service deprecations.
